The hotel offers cave-style rooms built directly into volcanic rock, each with private balconies that overlook the Caldera and Aegean Sea. Some rooms are hewn out of the rock, providing naturally insulated spaces with satellite flat-screen TVs and CD-players. The Superior Petra Studios and Traditional Suites include jetted tubs for added relaxation.

Breakfast is served buffet-style until 11:00 AM using locally sourced ingredients, with options like cheese soufflé and mini waffles.
